Delivery & Warranty information

1. Delivery charges are for UK Mainland only, for Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and any of the Channel Islands, please call for appropriate rates. Deliveries can only be to the card holders address, or the account holding business address, all goods must be paid for in full before delivery commencement.

2. Most of our products are labelled as heavy and will usually require 2 persons available at the delivery point to safely lift the goods into the property upon arrival. Please note that our delivery teams are via the manufacturer of each individual range, we cannot guarantee that the drivers on the day would be able to take any of the goods ordered into a property for health and safety reasons.

3. We strongly suggest that any client of the Visions Group Ltd makes sure that no installation teams are employed to commence any works before any product has arrived to our customers business/home address before all goods have been received and thoroughly checked over. Due to the nature of the products sold by us, it is possible that some damages can occur in transit due to the weights involved. The Visions Group will not accept any claim for installation delay charges so it is better to make sure everything is right BEFORE your installation team starts the work. This is for everyone's benefit, and will ensure a smooth process.

4. The Visions Group Ltd will make every effort to deliver goods on the date or within the dates quoted, however such dates are a guideline only and The Visions Group Ltd shall not be held liable in any way due to delayed deliveries that are out of our control. Any Damages or shortages must be reported within 24HRS of the delivery date/time, this ensures that we also meet our terms with the multiple suppliers that we use. Any reports out of this time will not be considered.

5. Our radiators DO NOT include valves, unless the Valves have been also ordered separately.

6. Upon request we can easily provide further specification information for all of our products if required, including water content, pipe centres, distance from wall measurements etc, however we advise that the specifications should not always be considered to be 100% correct, we have to ask that any measurements are simply used as a guide only, some manufacturing processes do have certain tolerance's that can't be avoided, for example pipe centres on ranges like "column radiators" can differ sometimes up to 15mm in width, hence we suggest that pre-plumbing is definitely not recommended.

7. Colours can appear slightly different to that on a PC screen due to differential monitor settings.

8. Special order items, PVD finishes, Bespoke RAL finishes, and any non-stocked products have cannot be cancelled, we will require a signed special order form upon order commencement, any item deemed as "A SPECIAL" is specifically made to order only and generally has an extended lead time due to the production process.

9. Our products are guaranteed from 12 months to 20 years depending on the product chosen. We offer a FOC replacement of a like for like product, if the product is still available from the manufacturer only. We do not accept any claim for installation charges.

10. The validity of our guarantee will be subject to correct system installation by a qualified engineer, we will require proof of annual servicing from the date of initial installation to present to ensure the product/s have been looked after as per the manufacturers preference. All of our heating products MUST be installed by a competent installer, the system should be properly flushed and filled using Build Cert system protection inhibitors to adhere to the industry standard BS7593 which is the British standard code of practice for the treatment of water in a domestic hot water, central heating systems on completion. Failure to properly treat a system will reduce the life span of any product quite significantly and cause advanced corrosion in most cases which will void the product warranty.

11. Occasionally, the manufacturing of your radiators may be delayed. This can be for various reasons such as material shortages, Import delays or higher than anticipated demand. The Visions Group Ltd of course, will make every effort to keep you informed to the best of our ability.
